A devoted wife, she brings leadership and experience to Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics, ensuring a top-tier education for every student. She spends most of her time at our Lincoln, NE, campus, working closely with staff and students to foster growth and success.

With over 30 years in higher education, Michaelle Holland is dedicated to shaping the future of beauty professionals. A loving wife and mother, she brings passion and experience to her role, ensuring students receive the best education possible. You’ll often find her at our Lenexa, KS, campus, where she works closely with students and staff to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment.

As our Campus Director and a licensed esthetician, Serene Stricklin is passionate about guiding students on their journey to becoming beauty professionals. She is deeply involved in every aspect of our school, providing support, education, and encouragement. Seeing students succeed is her greatest reward, making her an invaluable part of our team.

Nikki Bates is a proud graduate of the Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics Nail Technician program, who loved the experience so much, she couldn’t stay away! As our Admissions Coordinator, she is passionate about helping prospective students take the first step toward their beauty careers. Nikki looks forward to guiding them on their journey and watching them grow into skilled professionals.

Lilee Cox is a proud graduate of our esthetician program who fell in love with the field after overcoming her own skin concerns. Now, as a Director of First Impressions, she enjoys being part of the student journey, supporting all of our programs, and watching future beauty professionals grow in their craft. You’ll find her at the front desk, always ready to help with a smile!

Bridget McGivern is a skilled and passionate cosmetology instructor with years of experience in the beauty industry. With a dedication to helping students develop their talents, Bridget brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of cosmetology, from cutting and coloring to styling and beyond. Her hands-on approach to teaching and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the team, inspiring the next generation of cosmetologists to excel and achieve their goals.

With over 33 years in the beauty industry, Sara Alvarado is a passionate and dedicated professional who constantly seeks growth and innovation in her craft. She believes that “limits are mental, and success is achieved when you share your knowledge with new generations.” Her love for the beauty industry drives her to explore new techniques and stay at the forefront of evolving trends. Most recently, Sara expanded her expertise by graduating from our massage program, adding another layer of skill to her already impressive career. Her commitment to education and mentorship makes her an inspiring figure for both students and colleagues alike.

With 20 years of experience in the cosmetology industry, Jenna specializes in color and hair extensions. A graduate of Johnson County Community College, Jenna is passionate about helping students succeed. she brings real-world knowledge and a wealth of experience to her role as a cosmetology instructor, inspiring the next generation of stylists to master their craft and stay ahead of industry trends.

With over three decades in the beauty industry, Sharon Alexander has been a dedicated cosmetologist since 1990. Passionate about her craft, she finds joy in sharing her knowledge and skills with the next generation of beauty professionals. “I am blessed to do what I love every day,” she says. Outside of the classroom, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter—and she has a special love for dogs!

Don’t be fooled by her youthful appearance—Martha Turvey is a seasoned beauty educator with over a decade of teaching experience. She has helped thousands of aspiring beauty professionals master the skills needed to elevate their careers. Specializing in both nail and esthetic services as well, Martha brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a passion for education to every lesson she teaches. Her dedication to the beauty industry, combined with her warm and encouraging approach, makes her an invaluable mentor to students and a true inspiration to those around her.

Katelyn Gardner is a proud graduate of Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics, where she fell in love with the world of esthetics—so much so that she returned as an instructor! Passionate about skincare, education, and professionalism, Katelyn is dedicated to providing students with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in the industry. She loves helping future estheticians grow their skills and build their careers, creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment every step of the way.

Kayden Collette is a proud Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics graduate, business owner, and dual-licensed esthetician in Kansas and Missouri. Passionate about education, she loves sharing her knowledge and helping students develop their skills and confidence in the industry. Dedicated and experienced, Kayden strives to inspire the next generation of estheticians through hands-on training and real-world expertise. In addition to her role as an instructor, Kayden also serves as the Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics Social Media Manager, where she helps showcase the school’s vibrant community and programs.

As an Esthetics Instructor, Regan shares her knowledge and passion for skincare with our students, helping them grow into confident future professionals. A licensed esthetician and business owner, she brings real-world experience and valuable insight into the classroom. With her warm personality and eye for detail, Regan creates a positive learning environment where students feel supported, inspired, and prepared for success in the beauty industry.

Valeria Toscano is a talented nail technician with five years of experience, specializing in intricate nail designs using acrylic and gel. A 2022 graduate of Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics, Valeria has a deep passion for teaching and sharing her skills with students, helping them master the art of nail design. As a business owner, she brings real-world experience and entrepreneurial insight into the classroom. Valeria is dedicated to inspiring and empowering students to create beautiful, unique nail art and build successful careers in the industry.

Jenny Stevenson is a passionate Nail Technology Instructor with nearly three years of experience in the beauty industry. She absolutely loves what she does and finds joy in pampering her customers, ensuring they feel good inside and out. Specializing in nail enhancements, Jenny is skilled in acrylic, Gel-X, and builder gel applications. She also provides expert education in dip powder techniques, nail art, pedicures, and manicures, incorporating spa and massage elements for a truly relaxing experience. With her dedication to excellence and a warm, welcoming approach, Jenny is committed to shaping the next generation of talented nail technicians.

Naomi Pritchett graduated from Heritage College in 2007 with an associate’s degree in occupational studies in massage therapy. Passionate about holistic health, she recognized the disconnect between medical and holistic care and chose to be an advocate for whole-body wellness. As an instructor, Naomi is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the profession by guiding students to see massage therapy as more than just a luxury—it’s essential for overall health. Her mission is to shape the next generation of massage therapists who prioritize their clients' well-being and elevate the industry.
